COUNCIL MEETINGS :
City Council meetings are every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 8 PM at City Hall. Download Council Meeting Minutes

PLANNING COMMISSION:
Meets on First Wednesday of every month at City Hall at 5 PM. Its function is to advise the Council on matters related to land use.

CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION:
This Commission provides by rule for the ascertainment of merit and fitness as the basis for appointment and promotion in the service of the City as required by Constitution of the State of Ohio and for the appeals in any case of transfer, reduction or removal. The Commission also determines the practicability of competitive examination for any non-elective office or job classification in the service of the City.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:
This Board meets when a resident who feels adversely affected by a decision of the Building Commission, Planning Commission, or Building Inspector makes an appeal. Meetings are at City Hall and are scheduled as needed.

RECREATION COMMISSION:
This Commission is an advisory board to Council; submitting its recommendations on the establishment, operation, maintenance or curtailment of recreational activities, functions or programs carried on by the City. Meetings are on call and are held at City Hall.

BOARD OF TAX APPEALS:
The duty of this Board is to hear and decide all appeals from any ordinance, rule regulation or administrative decision relating to any tax imposed by the City.

MORAL CLAIMS COMMISSION:
This Commission determines and makes recommendations to the Council regarding the payment of moral obligations against the City. Meetings are held at City Hall and are scheduled as needed.
