The City of Parma Heights Community & Economic Development, in cooperation with the Cuyahoga County Department of Development, can put you in touch with programs designed to expand or enhance the appearance of your business.


STOREFRONT RENOVATION REBATE PROGRAM

The Storefront Renovation Rebate Program is designed to assist business owners with improving facades or storefronts and/or correcting exterior code violations.

Businesses located in an Improvement Target Area (ITA) may receive a 40% rebate or a maximum of $8,000 for qualified exterior improvements.

Businesses not located in an ITA may receive a 30% rebate or a maximum of $6,000 for exterior improvements.

*Make it Green!* An additional 5% rebate will be given to businesses that use green, sustainable or recycled components in their project.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LOAN PROGRAM

Relocating, expanding or building new facilities? Long-term fixed rate financing with interest rates ranging from 2% to 4% can be yours!

In an effort to support the retention and creation of jobs for Cuyahoga County residents, the Economic Development Loan Program provides financial assistance to businesses in the County at these low rates.
