Marie Gallo, President of Council
Council Ward 4
Marie Gallo was appointed to serve on City Council in July 2010. She currently serves as the Ward 4 Council Representative and City Council President. She is a member of the the Police, Fire and Safety Committee and is a former member of the Finance Committee, Ad-Hoc Committee for the Senior Center, and the Planning Commission. Marie is a graduate of Holy Name High School, and she has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Baldwin Wallace University. She also completed continuting education courses through Kent State University to earn her status as a Certified Municipal Clerk. Marie has been a resident of Parma Heights since 2001.
Jim McCall, President Pro-Tem

Jim McCall was elected to City Council in 2006 and elected President Pro-Tem in 2012. He currently serves as Chairman of the Parma Heights Recreation Committee, a member of the Finance Committee and on the Utilities, Streets, and Sidewalks Committee. Jim has been a Parma Heights resident since 1989.

Renee Everett was elected to Council in 2013. She has been appointed to the Utilities, Streets, and Sidewalks Committee and will be the Council Representative to the Fair Housing Review Commission. Renee served as the Chairperson for the Parma Heights Charter Review Commission and is one of the original members involved in organizing and bringing a community garden and the Parma Heights Garden Club back to the City. Renee and her husband, David, have two children and have been homeowners since 1991.
Lesley A. DeSouza
Council Ward 2
6245 Springwood Road
Lesley A. DeSouza has been a member of City Council since 2003. She was elected to President Pro-Tem in 2010, and served as President of Council from August, 2011, until December, 2011. Lesley currently serves as Chairwoman of the Police, Fire and Safety Committee. She also serves on the Finance Committee, the Ad-Hoc Committee for Community Development and as the Council Representative to the Planning Commission. She moved to Parma Heights in 1954.

Robert Verdile was appointed to City Council in 2008. He previously served on City Council for 14 years. He currently serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee, as a member of the Recreation Committee and as a member of the Ad-Hoc Committee for the Parma Heights Senior Center. Bob attended Dyke College, is a past president of the Chamber of Commerce, serves as a member of the Parma Hospital Health Care Foundation Board and is a United States Army veteran. He has been a resident of Parma Heights for 49 years.

JoAnn Koch was elected to serve on City Council in 2010. She currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Utilities, Streets, and Sidewalk Committee and is a member of the Police, Fire and Safety Committee. JoAnn is also a member of the the Ad-Hoc Committee for Community Development and the Ad-Hoc Committee for the Parma Heights Senior Center. She graduated from James Ford Rhodes High School in 1969 and from Kent State University in 1973 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree - Graphics and Advertising. JoAnn and her husband Fred are parents of two and have been homeowners in Parma Heights since 1975.

Anthony Stavole was elected to City Council in 2012. He currently serves on the Recreation Committee. Anthony was born and raised in Parma Heights. Anthony and his wife, Julie, are raising their children Carmen, Dominic, and Giovanni in this great, family friendly community.
