The Parma Heights Police Department is committed to the safety and security of our residents and businesses. Our department consists of 40 members including the Chief, 2 Captains, 8 Sergeants, 3 Detectives, 17 Patrol Officers, 3 Full-time Dispatchers, 4 Part-time Dispatchers and 2 Secretaries. The department strives to provide the best service to our residents and businesses by providing timely, accurate and exceptional response to your complaints and calls for assistance.

Emergency situations should be reported to the Parma Heights Police Department by dialing 9-1-1.

The dispatcher answering your call will need you to provide the nature of the emergency, the location of the emergency, your contact information and any description you can provide regarding suspects if you are reporting a crime.  The appropriate personnel will immediately be dispatched to aid you. 

Non-Emergency situations should be reported to the Parma Heights Police Department by dialing (440) 884-1234.

The dispatcher answering your call will need you to provide the nature of your complaint/request for service, the location of your complaint/request for service, your contact information and any description you can provide regarding suspects if you are reporting a crime.  The appropriate personnel will then be dispatched to aid you.
                                            

Complaints or Requests for service are not accepted through the station email address.  Please call the station at (440) 884-1234 or respond in person to file a complaint, make a report or make a request for service.     

         

LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Parma Heights, Ohio, hereby gives public notice that it has in its possession property which has been lost, abandoned or stolen.  Parties who may be owners of this property are invited to view and establish ownership not later than March 2, 2012 by appointment with the Parma Heights Police Department Detective Bureau.  Call 440-884-8112 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
