Late registrations will be accepted at City Hall beginning
February 3, Monday through Thursday
from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. |

To join the youth league you must be born between August 1, 1995 and July 31, 2003. To join the munchkin league you must be born between August 1, 2003 and July 31, 2005. Youth league games will begin in early to mid-April and be finished by the end of May. The munchkin program will begin in early to mid-April and run for six (6) consecutive Saturdays from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. at Nathan Hale Park. There must be an adult, at all times, with any child in the munchkin program. |

| We need volunteers for coaching and refereeing. If you are not familiar with the game, we will be happy to give the help you need to get started. If you have any questions please call the recreation Department at 440.884.9600 extension 37. |

Boys Baseball/Ages 9-10, 11-12 & 13-14 |
Whatever age child is as of September 1, 2010 designates which league they will play in. |

Children that are age 6 by September 1, 2010 are eligible to play in our Instructional T-Ball league. There are two 3-week sessions that meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00-11:30 a.m. You may register for one or both sessions. |

Fees:
Instructional T-Ball Resident-$10/session Non-Resident - $20/session
Youth League Resident - $23 Non-Resident - $43

There will be a $10 late fee for any registrations accepted after March 13. There are no late fees for the Instructional T-Ball league. Late applications will be accepted beginning March 14, Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. - Noon and 3:00 p.m. through 4:30 p.m.

All games are played weekday evenings or Saturday mornings. You will be notified starting April 17 through April 30 by your child’s team manager of practice dates and times. Teams will practice twice a week during the month of May. Before your last practice your team manager will pass out season schedules. Regular season games will begin after the Parma City School year ends on June 8 and will be finished by August 4. |

Team Sponsors
We welcome sponsorship of teams by Parma Heights and surrounding area businesses, individuals and friends of the program. The fee is $150, this provides shirts and hats for the players, one manager and two coaches. For more information, please contact the recreation department. |

Junior and Senior Umpires
For all games, umpires are supplied by the Parma Heights Umpires Association. You must be 12 years or older to be a Junior Umpire (will umpire youth league games only) and 18 years or older to be a Senior Umpire (may umpire youth and/or adult league games). Junior and Senior Umpires will be PAID A FEE for each game they umpire. If you are interested in becoming a Senior Umpire, classes begin on Thursday, February 11. Class dates for Junior Umpire classes are to be determined, normally beginning in early spring. Please call the Recreation Department to be notified by mail of the class schedule. |

Kurtz Park Sunday Morning Mens Softball League
If you are interested in bringing a full team (players must be 18 years or older) into the league, there are no residency requirements; the fees are $433 (includes a $102 refundable forfeit fee) and a $6/non-resident fee due by April 22; there will be umpire fees of $21/team/game and scorer fees of $10/team/game to be paid on the field. |

Mixed Couples League
If you are interested in bringing a full team (players must be 18 years or older) into the league, there are no residency requirements; the fees are, $10/resident, $16/non-reesident, $84 refundable forfeit fee and a $70 game ball fee due by April 22. There will be a $21/team/game umpire fee to be paid at the game. |
